Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Qavari, we take pride in delivering high-quality, bespoke services that require time, strategy, and dedicated resources. Due to the custom nature of our work, we’ve outlined the following refund and cancellation policies to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties.
1. General Policy
All service purchases—whether full or partial—are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes any payments made toward the Investment Package, Business in a Box, or Website & Branding Package.
You are encouraged to review your proposal, ask questions, and confirm your understanding of the scope before making payment.
2. Project Cancellation by Client
If you choose to cancel your project after payment but before work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or consultation fees already incurred. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Once work has started—such as branding, sourcing, research, or design—no refund will be issued.
3. Project Cancellation by Qavari
In the rare event that Qavari must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will issue a full refund.
4. Delays & Inactivity
If a client becomes unresponsive or delays the project for more than 30 days without notice, the project may be marked as inactive and placed on hold. After 60 days of inactivity, Qavari reserves the right to close the project without issuing a refund.
5. Payment Disputes
We are committed to clear, respectful communication. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your project, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment provider. We will always do our best to resolve the issue amicably.
Chargebacks initiated without prior communication will be considered a breach of contract and may result in legal action.
6. Custom Products & Services
Because our services include branding, custom design, sourcing, and development, they are considered made-to-order and fall under the exemption from standard refund laws applied to digital and creative services in the UK.
